Service Price Guide Domestic & Commercial
Domestic evaporative service
Evaporative service “Keep it fresh, keep it clean”- $165
Includes a FREE $20.00 Ease Dose sanitizer cartridge to sanitize and inhibit the growth and circulation of potential airborne bacteria and algae health hazards.
Split Systems
- Bronze service: includes cleaning of air filters, refrigerant check and general maintenance review of split system. $110 (average tie per job- 45 minutes)
- Silver service: includes cleaning of air filters, strip down of indoor unit (take off front cover and clean condensation tray and evaporator coil), refrigerant check and electrical review of split system. $165 (average time per job- 1hr 15 minutes)
- Gold service: includes cleaning of air filters, strip down of indoor unit (take off front cover and clean condensation tray and evaporator coil), strip down of condensation unit, refrigerant check and electrical review of split system leak test and refrigerant charge if necessary. $225 (average time per job- 2hours)
- All services: include a full system report, and warranty of new part/ installation labour work completed is for 3 months. Parts are only warranted for the duration provided by the manufacturer.
Ducted Reverse Cycle Systems
- Ducted: Full service includes refrigerant check, temperature check, and function check. Cleaning of Outdoor condenser unit and coil, outlet grills and return filters, electrical check over system and zoning, check over duct work (duct taped properly and still in good condition), check draining of condensation and drip tray in good condition, clean $225 (average time per job- 1hr 30 minutes)replacement of removable cloth filter extra $30

General Call Out Prices & Extra Charges
General call out for service/diagnosis and or repair of fault - $165 includes first 30 minutes of labour.
Breakdown/leaking of refrigerant gas (unit is not cooling, common occurrence) - Recovery of refrigerant if any, disconnect pipework, repair/re-flare pipework, nitrogen charge to 1000KPA to check for leaks (compulsory), vacuum down system to recharge with required refrigerant. The average wall split or ducted unit repair, complete job- $450
Extra charges
- Nitrogen charge for leak testing- $77
- Cleaning of fan roller for split system- $55
- Refrigerant charge- $66 per 1KGrefrigerant used (compulsory nitrogen charge to test for leaks, see above)
- Fixing a blocked drain in a split system- $55
- Full strip down of ducted evaporator (un-tape duct and take off started to clean coil and clear drains)- $88 if including ducted service, $165 if not including ducted service.
- Decommission of an air conditioning system- $165 if unit compressor is running, $220 if unit does not run.
- After hours call out 5pm-7am- $242 including first 30 minutes
- Replacement of return filter different than removable cloth filter-$POA
