By having your air conditioner serviced on a regular basis, you will notice the unit will perform better and will be more cost effective. It will also improve the air quality, reduce airborne bacteria and allergies, therefore providing a healthier environment.

Domestic reverse cycle air conditioning should be serviced every 12 months mandatory.

Commercial reverse cycle air conditioning should be serviced every 3-6 months depending on environment.

Evaporative coolers require a service every 6-12 months depending on model and year manufactured.

Not having the required service may void your warranty.

Commercial Air Conditioning Maintenance

A maintenance program will be customized to suit your work place for all the air conditioning systems on the premises.  All systems to be cleaned & maintained to manufacture specifications & or based on there usage.
A one-year customized agreement will include the following:

• Cleaning of all wall split & ducted air conditioning systems, reverse cycle or evaporative where they can be easily accessed; this includes the air vents, return grilles & cleaningof outdoor condenser unit & coil.
• All filters to be replaced at every 3-6 or 12 months depending on use, replacement filters will be charged separately.
• Refrigerant check to ensure the correct running pressures/temp.  If refrigerant required to be changed separately.         
• Electrical and function check over complete system including zoning.
• Check over all ductwork, insure all taped properly & in good condition.
• Inspect draining of condensation & drip tray to insure in good working order.
• Check all running parts, drive belts, fan blades & motors, mechanical parts to be greased where necessary.  If anything major in need of replacement to be quoted & charged accordingly.
• Filter driers to be replaced as required & charged separately.
• Temperature check, amperage draw and general data to be recorded on all systems.
• Replacement of insulation on all copper piping to be replaced when necessary and charged.
• Overall any maintenance will be carried out on all equipment where major work is not required.
• Any break down work to be charged separately out side of maintenance contract.
